An Evening of Artistic Excellence: Heart Monaco Fine Art Event at One Monte-Carlo and La Villa
On October 3, 2024, Heart Monaco Fine Art organized an exclusive and private art exhibition, bringing together the most talented emerging artists from the Monaco and Côte d’Azur region. The event took place at two prestigious AAACS Business Center locations: One Monte-Carlo, located in the Carré d’Or, and La Villa, Galeries Charles III.
This extraordinary event highlighted contemporary art, sculpture, and creative expression under the visionary leadership of the artist Faben, renowned for his dynamic roots in the graffiti scene.
During this evening, guests experienced an immersive atmosphere, sipping Baron de Monte-Carlo champagne while enjoying a live painting session—a fascinating creative process that brought art to life before their eyes.
The exhibition showcased a diverse range of creations, from colorful and thought-provoking paintings to intricate sculptures. Each piece invited the audience to explore the boundaries of modern art, offering moments of reflection and inspiration. The artists themselves engaged with guests, sparking conversations about innovation and creativity, transforming the evening into a true celebration of art in its purest form.

Monaco à l’heure de la transition énergétique
Dans un contexte mondial délicat où le futur est empreint d’incertitude et s’inscrit en pointillé, le Gouvernement Princier ne renonce pas à sa lutte pour la préservation de l’environnement. Celui-ci redouble même d’efforts afin de donner aux entreprises monégasques la possibilité de franchir le pas vers un avenir plus vert.
Lors de la COP 21 qui s’est déroulée fin 2015 à Paris, S.A.S Albert II s’était engagé à réduire de 50% les émissions de gaz à effet de serre par rapport à 1990 et à atteindre une neutralité carbone pour 2050. Pour ce faire, la mobilité en principauté (qui représente à elle seule 30% de ses émissions) a nettement été améliorée ces dernières années : bus hybrides à haute fréquence de passage, mise à disposition de vélo à assistance électrique et de voitures électriques en libre service, bateau bus électriques pour effectuer la traversée du port Hercule… Les diverses mesures qui ont été prises permettent en ce sens de limiter la présence de véhicules à moteur thermiques à Monaco.
Le développement d’énergies “propres” telles que la thalassothermie, les éoliennes et les panneaux solaires a aussi été plébiscité pour subvenir aux besoins de la collectivité en ayant le minimum d’impact sur la planète.
Quid du quotidien des entrepreneurs monégasques ?
Dans un contexte de pandémie où les finances demeurent incertaines, il peut être coûteux pour une entreprise de passer à l’électrique. Mais le Gouvernement Princier a pris les devant avec le “Fonds Vert National”, budget créé début 2016 grâce à l’excédent budgétaire de l’Etat et la contribution sur la consommation électrique. Il permet entre autres d’obtenir des aides substantielles pour l’achat de véhicules écologiques (hybrides ou électriques ) ou pour l’installation de dispositifs de production électrique type panneaux photovoltaïques.
Par ces décisions et ces mesures, l’État monégasque apporte ainsi une aide conséquente aux sociétés qui souhaitent sauter dans le grand bain de l’écologie.
